If you keep the tank clean it shouldn't but the crickets can stink pretty bad and are loud so I wouldn't suggest keeping the crickets in your room but the beardie should be fine. If you don't clean the yank often and change the substrate and water when neede the tank will stink.

If you clean the tank on a daily basis, the answer is no. When a dragon craps the smell can peal the paint off the walls. Keep a can of ozium close at hand. Don't spray the tank, just the room. Also make sure you have the proper grow lights for healthy growth. Have fun. Bearded Dragon's rule!

It's only going to smell bad if you don't keep the cage clean or allow food to spoil or mold in there. If you put food down in the morning, pick it up in the early afternoon, and clean the poop out of the cage at least once a day, it shouldn't get nasty or stinky.
