Um have you looked at any of Salvador Dali's paintings such as "Persistence of Memory" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Persistence_of_Memory
How about anything in the Surrealist movement? Look at Frida Kahlo's work as well. There are some amazingly interesting things. Or you could also look at Futurism. Thats a kooky art movement. Oh yeah what about the Dada movement?

Those pictures are very interesting, but Ron Mueck's grotesque sculptures of humans are even more so ^_^! Beware, these images contain semi-nudity and look gross. But these aren't real people... these are all fiberglass resin sculptures! I rated them in case some viewers might get offended:
