I would say no. But there are exceptions. There are "gay" men who try purposely to be feminine, there are "gay" men who identify in life as a woman (cross-gendered), and there are "gay" men who identify as a woman so much they become a woman (transvestite). But to answer your question: NO and why would I answer it like this, because you can't catagorize a lifestyle like homosexuality, there are too many people out there with too many lifestyles that are completely different.
For instance, would you say: Is a African, less of an African, because he has light skin?

What does being gay have to do with having male genitals and XY chromosomes. If you have those, your a man, regardless of sexual preference.

A man is less of a man if he is abusive to other people.
And homosexuality has nothing to do with any of these.
