Does any body know about Thunder bird school of international management at Glendale near Phoenix?

Is there any better international business school than Thunderbird, I heard that it is ranked as No.1 by WSJ, is going to a state university a better option than going to Thunderbird, pls. help

It used to have an awesome reputation, but has struggled a bit over the last few decades (although it seems to be doing better again in the last couple of years). "A state university" is pretty general; some, line the University of South Carolina, are known for international business. Others have no program in that area at all.
