My printer quit pulling paper and now says Paper/doc jam.?

I changed the ink and its been cutting up ever since. No paper is in there. I've cut it of and on several x's. help - I posted a similiar question and no one answered.

Suggest you shutdown, unplug the printer and the printer cable to your computer, then re-plugging everything back in and restart. If that doesn't clear it try giving us the brand and model of your computer and printer. Maybe someone with the same printer can give more suggestions.
