Bush already did, he won. He is currently serving his second term. No, he cannot run for a third. He was elected in 2000 and 2004. Where have you been the last six years?

Bush will not be able to run again thank God. The Republicans have shown us that involvement in the NRA, politics, and heavy breathing of Texas air can make anyone incompetent.
