I'm thinking of Hot topic maybe? Spencers? I have no clue. I know not to get it done by a gun though.

The 14 or 15 year old will have to have a parents consent...which is signed at the establishment where the piercing is being done.
Best bet is to go to a piercing specialist. I don't think Hot Topic or Spencers do piercings...only sale the jewelry. If you want it done in the mall, try Claire's... I know they do ear piercings. However, my advise is to go to a place where they only do piercings, they are much cleaner and experienced. Good Luck

Hot topic and Spencers don't do piercings, they only sell jewlery. And like other people said, you need parents permission. I wouldn't suggest getting it done though, it looks trashy in my opinion. I'm not saying that because I'm a parent or anything, I'm 14 (almost 15) myself.

im almost 14, but some of my friends have there nose peirced and sometimes it makes them look trashy.
i think you just need a parent there and they need to sign some stuff though.
but if i were you i would wait a few years

as long as your parents go with you, you can get it pierced. being 14-15 still needs parent permission... it sucks, i know
