It kills me to see myself unhappy. I'm trying very very hard to beat what feels like depression these days...it's like trying to run out into the deep water where everyone else is when your stuck trying to break through the waves in the shallow♥

I hate to see anyone in any kind of pain... I suffer from something some call empathy... so when some one else is in pain (real/imagined doesnt' matter)... I feel it as well...
Sucks really - and I feel for you, wish I could offer some form of comfort - I really sympathize, I feel the same way...

i hate seeing people in the streets that are not that fortunate and they are cold and lonley, i just want to invite them into my house and let them have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate,etc. But I can't i dont know they are. Also i feel bad for the people who are in the hospitals and that they are suffering with cance or a very very very slow death, and they have to go through it before they are off to a new world. I feel bad that they can't let the person die happily like an animal can be put to sleep, it should be a choice of the person suffering.
I understand what you are going throught with the "waht could be" depression, believe me i have been depressed and stuff and it can be very sad and want to hurt yourself. Believe me if you spread your wings and let yourself fly, you can beat it, and make your life a whoel lot better.

Yes-i think everybody feels that way. It's natural to hurt-especially if that someone is close to you. But I think what you are feeling may be a slight case of depression..maybe from loneliness? I'm not sure what you were trying to say about the waves, but I hope you are surrounded by people who care about you. Nobody should face things alone. take care :)

I can tell you're in some pain today. I only know you through here, but I can feel your pain. I know how you feel. I've been there too many times, myself. But you'll be alright. You're a good person. Don't get too down on yourself about anything.

Try to shake it off. I know the feeling. I've been pretty down myself lately. Insomnia and depression, one is causing the other and I'm fighting both.
It helps to cry it out and to have a real special friend to talk things over.
Sometimes I watch funny videos to cheer myself up.

yes, even when they are stressed out I feel it and hate to see them that way. today is a better day than last Wednesday. I was feeling rather like calling in "depressed" myself. His name is Will and I definitely have JUST got him out of my mind.

I'm sorry you're struggling. It hurts me to see almost anyone in pain - whether I know them or not. Even people I don't particularly like - I still don't want to see them hurting.
