My best friend is going to be married in Oct. We're like brothers I don't if I would make a good "Best Man". All of his other friends have good jobs and money, i'm about to lose my job REAL soon. I don't have much money for any parties or to give as a gift. How do I tell him that I am not worthy to be his bestman and to choose someone else? Please help.

I think you just showed you're true "Best Man" material. You're showing yourself as a true friend. I'm sure he asked you because of your friendship.. not for your job or gifts you can give.
Tell him you're worried about your job... I'm sure it won't matter to him & he will still want you as Best Man.
