There are only two ways to get a lockbox on millsberry - buy one in a yard sale or find one in the tunnels. They are expensive to purchase in a YS and there is no guarantee that you will find one in the tunnels. The only thing you can do is dig frequently and keep trying. Sorry, I wish I could provide mroe help.

You can get an antique lockbox in the colhurst tunnels. Remember you have to have your health over 27% or you wont be able to dig. The next place you can find the antique lock box is in yardsales. But they are very expensive. You have to look for the lockbox thta is closed so you can open the box. You must have the lockbox key to open the box. You find the key for cheap prices in yardsales, or by digging. THey are very easy to find in the tunnels.
