Does anyone else wonder why so many that have obvious difficulties in spelling don't just take advantage of "Spell check"?

What do you think the reasons might be for ignoring it?

For some reason the popular culture has bred an disdain for proper grammar and punctuation. Emails, chat rooms, etc. have spawned a variety of English that is a shorthand of sorts.

There is nothing we can do about it because culture determines language.

I hope these same people learn to write correctly though. I don't think I would be interested in reading a resume based on this kind of slang. (Hope I spelled everything correctly.)

Yes, it is.

It doesn't recognize hyperlinks. I'm great at spelling and I don't use slang but I also don't use spell check because it's a waste of my time and if people can understand the internet lingo floating around then they sure as hell can understand my thoughts, typing errors or no.

Ignorance? People don't really care if they spell correctly. Plus, because there's a lot of people who don't care, they assume others don't care either and that makes them care less. I know I'm guilty of doing it, too, but there are some people that are just horrible.

you're certainly maximum suitable, examining and spelling are 2 distinctive products, which makes them plural. as a result the mandatory word in this occasion could be 'are' ... "Are examining and spelling puzzling?"
