Oden will go to whichever team tanks it the worst, and believe me, certain teams will start tanking it on purpose toward the end of the year trying to pick him up.
I don't think it will be Memphis, even though they have the worst record right now. Remember that Pau Gasol has been injured up until a couple weeks ago. They are a much better team with him.
By getting rid of Iverson, Philadelphia seemed to have been putting themselves in contention.
Charlotte will probably have a top 3 pick. It could be first, and therefore Oden.
Boston's record says they have a shot, but they've still got Pierce and Al Jefferson is a beast this year. Plus they're starting Rondo over Telfair, which indicates they might actually want to win games. Unless they tank on purpose, they're too talented to come in last.
Atlanta has a legit shot.
Best guess is Charlotte, Atlanta, or Philadelphia, but like I said, it's all about who decides to tank it worse.

I'm not sure he will come out. Being from Indy and seeing him highlighted in local papers and news, he seems pretty focused on his education before career.
His mom wants him to get that degree first. So lets see if he makes momma proud, or just goes for the money to keep her quiet.

Based on this years play it will likely be Memphis. I live in the Memphis area and the local radio stations are already talking about him coming here.
