What kinds of toys can I make for them that they can kick around or something? They seem really bored, and they're cooped up inside the barn because of the snow. Serious answers, PLEASE!

Goats like to climb and jump on and off of things. My goats use to have those big round spools from the electric company, tractor tires, big tree stumps, railroad ties....stuff like that.

Why do you have them in the barn? They should be out in the fresh air. Barns can be very unhealthy in the winter. Don't forget goats come from Switzerland. It's a lot colder there, for a lot longer than here. Let 'em out. I had 16 at one time, and couldn't keep them in, unless the wind was blowing.

well the best enrichment is to make their habitat as close to the natural one as possible, hide food, scatter it across the floor. maybe even try one of those ball toys that release food when it's rolled around long enough. I'm not too good on goats but I know they're obsessed with food so think along those lines maybe!

I don't know much about goats but I do know a lot about animals. Get them small horse toys or something like that. I'm not sure about making them toys but buy them some toys. If my answer doesn't help sorry.

i would try a brightly colored ball for them to kick and chase and some ramps with leavels that they can clime on, goats always like that, but make sure they are placed so that they cant escape, maybe another idea is to take them for short walks if you can so that they can get mental stimulation from seeing the outside.......hope this helps
