Pobably a problem with your ignition switch.

Now if it runs for a while and then shuts off, you need to run a few tanks of intake and fuel injector cleaner until the problem rectifies itself.

well there could be a couple of problems first have you had work done on it .well i check if your cooling fans are not working direct with the key because some people put them direct so the key turns on and so do the fans and they connect with wire going to the ignition an when you turn the car off the fans still turning that feeds fire to the dist and the car stays on till the fans stops complete then the car stops . check to see if the care is not ruining reach that will make stay on hope it helps you out

it could be your timing is off on the car, you need to get it hooked to a diagnostic analyzer to find out if a sensor has gone bad or something else that could be throwing it off such as the timing belt may be worn.
