has anyone seen a ex ambulance driving around newcastle upon tyne with two plasterers in it?

it is a company vehicle which is strange as it is an old ambulance still fitted with oxygen tank et al. was i seeing things or does such a plastering firm exist?

often rush around,the old town,
with
buckets of plaster, ladder supports
bandages, flasks of strong of tea and entenox!!

and if you look carefully, you will see ,
an old steam,driven x-ray machine , on tow
as they pass you, at speed .
