300K over a life time or per year or what?
the other answer said get a good education that is part of the equation. there are plenty of people who earn 300k a year and are broke .

college educated people on the average DoNot earn 300k per year(BLS). people who take their 'formal' and real world education and combine it can and do earn in excess of 300k.
read ' millionaire next door'.
read ' 48 days to work you love' , people who enjoy their jobs make more money.
develop a backbone , a goal , a time table and most of all a WHY. money is not the goal, what it can do for others is the goal.

Go to school to become a doctor or lawyer. Or get involved in selling IT solutions [usually requires sales experience and a degree in computer science].
