does anyone know how much it cost to have sleeves altered on a jacket as they are too long.I`m no good with needles so i need a professional to do it for me .

It depends on the dry-cleaner and the jacket. I was quoted a price on a thick wool jacket with a satin lining at $25.00. They told me a lighter fabric with no lining would be more like 10.

it varies from seamstress to seamstress
and it depends on the material and if it has a lining and if there are buttons on the sleeves
so u just have to take it in for a price quote
