no, nothing can make your nails or hair grow aster, because theyre dead cells, and you cant make you cells die any faster, but olive oil will make them smoother and nicer looking...

the only oil that makes nails grow is vitamin E. I would recommend a nail hardener by sally Hanson

Olive oil does not make your nails grow but it soothes out your cuticles.
