I have always been a decent swimmer on my high schools swim team, this year being my last i have become captain of my team and am close to making state qualifying times in the 50 free and100 free. My turns are not great and i could use any other advice that anyone can give. What sort of things will help improve my stroke and endurance as well as my turn?

okay basically DON'T BREATHE!!! you sound like you have got that down in your events but even more still don't breathe off turns!! and get really close to the wall do your turn but push so hard that your streamline is almost half the length of the pool(if your streamline underwater is good if not work on that) also when your are in your stroke pull your arms back really far then go forward (its kinda bad for your shoulders) it will increase the momentum of your arm and make our crawl stronger
goood luck!

Ok here is my advice, dont breathe basically, so breathe as little as possible, and work on your turns as they can take off a second or more off your times, no joke. So what your doing is your swimming and you see the "T" coming up so speed up even faster and then once u get to the T take your one last stroke and both arms are down at your side and flip over as fast as you can and as soon as your feet touch the wall then push off, you dont want to bend your knees more then a 90 degree angle but anything above that is good as its harder to push off the more you bend your knees, once you see the flags either going down or coming back then dont breathe especially right before a turn as that loses all of your momentum and then after you flip pretend that u want to flip as quick as possible and pretend the wall is on fire so you dont want to be on the wall very long otherwise you get burned so that helps but once you flip and are streamlining then come up dotn breathe just take a few strokes then breathe try to take as many as possible.

well, the most important thing is goggle to see what you are doing...
will practising don't think about your speed at first!
think of tactics and try to do that very slowly and when you were good at it do it as fast as possible ,for example think that for getting speed hand should move like ( S ) so do it calmly and then fast...
