if you were married to someone when you were, say, 25, and then your spouse dies when you were both 35, and then you die when you were 96. if you were to be together in heaven again, would you meet as 35 and 96 year olds? or do you stay at the age you most like when you are in heaven???

i think that if you were truly in love and at the happest stage of your life you would be 35, but i believe that the choice is up to you once you reach heaven. if he loves you looking say 55,or 69 then you can say that age or better yet lets say you just were happiest the 1st time you met.

I think you are the same age in heaven the age that you died. So your spouse would be 35 and you would be 96.

we have no way of really "knowing" for certain, only our personal beliefs. I believe that based on certain biblical passages, listening to various denominations preach on the subject - that we will know those we love in Heaven. There'll be no "marriage" - but those who knew you here on earth will know you in Heaven as well. That we will be healthy, even if we were sick on earth. As humans our ability to understand things is based on what we can associate it with, and we associate health & well being with youth, but not childlike youth b/c we associate being in heaven with a certain amount of intellect/intelligence & understanding so therefore we think of that being about 30-45....
the most significant thing is that both spouses are in heaven.

There would be no age there at all... You would see him and know him by his spirit and who he was not just his looks. Trust me you will know when you see him and you will walk the streets of gold with him for eternity and this will be happiness:) You never grow old in heaven or age for that matter ... We will all have new bodies... Our bodies here fade and age but the ones in heaven are glorious and beautiful and last forever!

Age is irrelevant. Since age is a description of physical condition and you're meeting on a metaphysical plane of existence, age is a consideration that doesn't even apply.

Some people repeatably meet , become friends, lovers, and companions in other lives. Some people go on to other things.

Great question, but no one will ever have that answer, and when someone gets there, they can't send back any messages, so we will never know, just hope and pray for the best. So, God Bless you all,,,,,,
