Resident Evil 4 has good graphics and it's really fun. It's rated M for extreme violence, blood and gore, and language. IT's very bloody but satisfying. It's also the 4th scariest game in the world!

the latest resident evil (2 i imagine) for 360 is tremendous. 2 participant campaign and probable extra in inner most suits. not in any respect performed on-line multiplayer yet a million man or woman can play and perchance swap off after each and every round? A no longer so scary yet relaxing multiplayer is military of two. yet lower back in user-friendly words 2 gamers can play campaign.

Its not a first person shooter, although you can shoot things. Anything from the Silent Hill series. Those games scared the hell out of me.

My two fav scary shooters are F.E.A.R and Silent Frame. (althought its technically not a fps)
Some other good ones are Area 51, Dark Watch, R.E 4, Castle Wolfenstien.

try "Devil May Cry" the graphics are cool and so are the sound effects..I liked it because you just hold down the buttons and go crazy with the guns.
