Yes, I had the works, braces, headgear, rubber bands, metal ties, for 2 years I was the definition of "tin grin"!

Oh yes, for 5 years total. Two with "key" brackets in the back to straighten my jaw and 3 to straighten my teeth. Worked beautifully!
