Last I heard, the one that is on the bubble for possibly not continuing on and making the last 2 movies is Emma (Hermione). Daniel and Rupert I believe have stated in interviews that they are in it for the duration.

According to Mugglenet, all of the members of previous movies, minus Richard Harris (the original Dumbledore) are still contracted and filming "Order of the Phoenix". There are several other new characters, including Professor Umbridge (Dolores Stanton), Luna Lovegood (Evanna Lynch), and Bellatrix LeStrange (Helena Bonham-Carter) who will also be making their first appearances.

Well as of now, the original cast minus Dumbledore is shooting for the next movies. So as far as we know it, only the directors have changed.
I do agree that it was an awkward changing of the Dumbledores, but the new Dumbledore is doing an excellent job!
