My baby brother put shampoo in the fish tank about 3 hours ago. Is there any way to save the fish or can I just give up. 1/2 are already dead. Were should I put the rest? HELP................

Hes only 2 and he puts soap and cleaning stuff like windex everywere! floors, windows, walls, fish tanks!!!!!!!!!!!!! But were 5 so its hard!!!

take them out and put them in fresh water!

Fish have gills and not lungs so really all u should do is transfer him 2 another bowl and clean the tank out and keep a better eye on your brother kids can be crazy sometime it sounds like maybe he might be laking attention and kids do onrey things some time because they think they half 2 be the center of attention all the time

I'm sorry, but you will probally lose the rest. Changing the water might help, but the temp. and P. H. will have to be ideal. This might also cause them to go into shock. My last advise is probally the best. Take your brother for a walk out of sight of all people and give get midevil on his ***! Like the bible says An eye for an eye and a butt kicking for a fish!

put them in fresh water ASAP but you may want to remove all cleaning products and shampoos from his reach........also i would move the fish tank to a higher level or get a cover for it

The sooner you get them out the better.Put them in a big bowl of water if you can.Sorry.You might be able to save a few.You can but try.

get a pie pan, something long and wide and shallow. get every live fish in there, DON'T GIVE UP.
you can still save some if you hurry.

If some are already dead, then more then likely they will all die. Sorry. I've had this same experience before.

put them in new fresh water & if the dead put your bro in the tank
