You're a normal height for your age. Just eat healthily, get plenty of exercise, plenty of sleep, plenty of sunshine, and let nature do the rest.

try sleeping more - you'll get taller the more you sleep. but you're not done growing so don't worry about it; 5'3" is a perfect height for a 13 year old. if you want to look taller though, try wearing shorts [when it gets warmer] to make your legs look longer.

You're taller than me and I'm done growing, so don't complain too much. You just have to wait like the rest of us did.
Not that I have a problem being 5'2; I'm just pointing out that there are adult women shorter than you.

muscle growth is based on good dieting, and exercise. Try not to lift so much (heavy weight lifting) as it will stunt your grown. Get around 8-9 hours of sleep a night, and stay away from junk food.
