Laser epilatio would do it.. If your hairgrow is too thick it can remove only part of it, making the thickness going away. Or you can use it to get rid of your hair totally. Your choice..

look into Photodynamic therapy laser, it's mainly used to kill of cancer, and remove acne/scars. It also removes hair growth in the area you have it done. Let me also add it's cheaper than hair removal lasers.
