Kobe is a good player, no doubt about that, but I think the bandwagon Lakers "fans" make him sound better than he really is. Look at any page on the basketball section of yahoo answers and you'll see 30 posts about Kobe's this and Kobe's that and he's the next MJ (at 28 you're not the next anything) and he should win MVP and Kobe is God dont say anything about any player other than Kobe and nothing about any team than the Lakers. All fans of the game in general will agree that Kobe is a great player, but the casual or bandwagon fan needs to get more of a Nba IQ before going out making man love with Kobe.

First let me respond to Mr Fire. Get you facts straight, it was the off season (July), so Kobe wouldd not have been with his team and he went to have his knee checked. 2) He got off because he did not rape her and besides she did not want to go through with it because she knows she lied. I pray that you are never put in Kobe's place to see how your life can be turned upside down, the only difference the world woul not hear about it because you would be a no body. This can happen to any man, women do lie and need to be held accountable for their actions also.
Now to answer the question,
Hate is such a terrible word, and do anyone really know Kobe that well to say you hate him because you feel he sucks, he is a ball hog or what ever you feel about him, but to hate him because of that is pretty sad. Don't we have enough HATE in the world to worry about, than hating a basketball player we really know nothing about. So to answer the question. NO I don't not hate him, I enjoy watching him play and entertaining us as he was hired to do as it is only a game and I'm sure you have much more serious things going on in your life than hating Kobe.

I do and I don't think he should have gotten away with raping that girl. He should not have even been in that city. He was supposed to be with his team. His wife is also dumb too. Seeing as all she cares about is the money and him buying stupid houses.

shows off too much? are you kidding me....he has grown up a lot, if you said that about him 3 seasons ago i would've agreed...but he's the new team captain and he has a bunch of noobs, i think he's a great player even if he is a showoff, jordan was the same way, but he never scored 81 points in one game
