Islamists will try to attack the US again regardless of what becomes of Iraq. To say that we are fighting there so we won't have to in this country is nonsensical. The terrorists, unfortunately can chew gum and walk at the same time. Remember the recent foiled attack on airliners originating in the UK and were to be blown up over the Atlantic? Well, supposedly the plan was to target US landmarks (sound familiar?). I heard Paul L Williams say yesterday that he has proof that nuclear devices are already here, smuggled in, ready to go.
I hope to win in Iraq also, but the sad thing is, Islam is not compatible with democracy. Iraq will end up a theocracy or a dictatorship, I'm afraid.

The US has already been attacked. Eventually the US will be involved in an all out war (again) because it seems to be the nature of the US to attack everyone.
The US economy is failing, a large amount of its military resources is in Iraq, and about 50% of the country hates it leader. The US allies are simply sucking up to the US because of its position as super power (britain included, although I think Blair is keeping more benefit from that than the british people)
The US will eventually fall just like every other empire before it. The question is how will the US people deal with falling from the lime light?

Huh? I dont see how anybody would have ignored President Cheney's project in his IraqNamQuagmire: "To rid Iraq of WMD" so as that became a tremendous hemorrhage individuals blood n treasure; $3 trillion of treasure, extremely. with the point to pursue IraqNam's oil, President Cheney starved his AfganiNamQuagmire for money, materiel, workers and planning. Then he dumped the Quagmire on Ob. i imagine Ob would have US troops pulled out earlier than '14. Oh, and in case anybody some how ignored what the project is in Afgan, it is to expell the Taliban from authorities and cut back the situations that they feed on like poverty, worry & lack of understanding. convinced, the UN, NATO and the U. S. have the same project in Afgan

What is our "objective"? Fighting terrorism? Then why did we take troops from Afghanistan where Bin Laden was and put them in Iraq where there were no terrorist? (until we invaded, now the country is full of them) None of the 9/11 terrorist came from Iraq. They came from Saudi Arabia and Pakistan which are supposed to be our allies, so "pacifying" Iraq will accomplish nothing

A reality liberals will never admit to they truly believe that if we play nice they will leave us alone.
Let me remind you liberals that while the world love us under Clinton bin laden was ploting 9/11.
9/11 strike back is not all about bin laden it is about all countries that harbor Muslim terrorist.
I wish liberals would understand this is not all one world. We are dealing with people who understand force and if you run away they consider you weak and will come at you again.
Wasn't so smart of Vietnam to cut the funds and run away.
Pol Pot would like to thank you for his chance to show what he can do to humanity.

You do realize that if you think the US can be attacked and invaded you don't have a clue as to the realities of the world?
You do realize that our presence in IRAQ has absolutely nothing to do with protecting the US?
You do realize that no one has ever told the American people what the objective in Iraq is?
You do realize no one has told the American people what "winning" is?

I don't "realize" any such thing. I'm able to think and analyse situations by using facts and probabilities. None support your theory. Try using sources of information other than Fox, Limbough and Coulter.
