As long as he was telling the truth, I would not be upset. You can always celebrate when he gets home. It is not his faught that he has to work late. Or maybe, he is picking up a special gift for you and just saying that he has to work late.

Well since I get this call at least 2 times a week I would be pissed. I am sick of it already and that night is supposed to be for us and our kids not work!

If he called early enough in the day, I'd be ok with it. If he waited until 5 pm to call, I'd be a bit upset.

I would be as suspicious as hell, no matter who my husband was or what he looked like (it's inside of me) and I would start tracking down some facts and faces until I believed him. So HELL NO!! I AM NOT OKAY WITH IT!! And my precious 2nd husband would never ever make me jealous because he knows I suffer from that condition. @8-)

It wouldn't matter, i mean at least he has a job. :) Besides, you can celebrate your love everyday, doesn't just have to be on that specific day. :) PEACE.
