distribute the - thru the second set of ()
3+2i-3-2i=0
since 3-3=0 and 2i-2i=0
in standard form it would be 0+0i

(3 + 2I) - (3 + 2I)

3+ 2I - 3 - 2I

3 - 3 = 0

2I - 2I = 0
