LOgically,yes.. she won through sympathy. But she deserves the crown.
I should thank BB, who have showed the real face of jade goody & other housemates who bullied &made fun of shilpa.If shilpa is not bullied, she wouldn't have become such a famous lady in LOndon.This sympathy for her made her to win.
But she absolutely deserevs the crown.
