With her tweezers, which you will probably find a strange pastime, however, my facial hair seems to be at least 4mm long after plucking, on the surface (of my skin it was only just 'grabbable' with the aformentioned tweezers, bout 1mm long) Would any other guy thats sitting with his girl like to partake in this experiment?

Please stop the tweezing. When the hair is pulled out it can distort the hair follicle. Repeated tweezing distorts the hair follicles to the point where the newly growing hair becomes ingrown. This appears as small purple coloured bumps. Folliculitis, (infection of the follicle) is also possible. Look up 'folliculitis barbae'.
I'm sure your girlfriend can find better things to do with her hands.

I used to to that with my ex. He liked that I could get the hairs under his chin that were hard to get with his razor. (Note, this is not why we broke up; we had plenty of issues.) It was usually because I was frustrated about something and needed something to do with my hands. Intimate moments like that should be cherished. I still smile when I think back on those times.
It's called bonding.
