Would need more info on the matter at hand but a word of advice is to always address the judge as "your honor" and look the judge in the eye when speaking (except if you have to look down to reference your notes/statement). I would recommend sounding professional but not insincere and do not use words you would normally not be accustomed to using since you may mispronounce or come off sounding "fake". If you offer more info, maybe I can give you a better answer, hope this helps though.

Put down everything in order. No need to use jargon or big words. Put your reasons in for claiming the charges back too. Read it out loud once its written to see if its understandable. If you have bank statements letters etc attach a copy of all these. Make a copy of the whole thing for yourself, one for the judge and one for the banks representative.
Most of these cases are settled before the actual hearing.

I am not being rude but you need to ensure it is grammatically correct (because your question isn't) Get someone to proof read it first.
The judge needs to be addressed as 'Your Honour' but don't over use it because it will sound too false.
Put your statement down in a logical chronological order, ensure you have all the relevant factors included.
Make sure you speak clearly and concisely on the day.
Good luck.
