What do you mean dry to oily skin? I use Olay Moisturize Rich Cream Cleanser. It works great 'cause I have dry skin.

Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. It works great for oily skin. Wash all over twice a day and make sure you splash your face with water 3X. Use a moisturizer afterward and apply rice powder to face when you go out. Rice powder absorbs oil.

the number 7 range at boots is great, my wife loves all their products and they have different cleanser, toners and mosturisers depending on your skin type. The girls that work on the counter tend to be really helpful. good luck

try clearskin facial wash with microbeads and clearskin fasial scrub.

use the wash daily and the scub once a week, it helps your skin to breathe and gets rid of grit, blackheads and dead skin cells.
