I live in an apartment complex. Our building is furthest in the back at the top of a small hill & the laundry room is in the front of the complex. Way too many people here don't know how to properly use the machines. But I guess I have it good, my man is running the clothes up & down the hill in his car & I am folding & putting it away.

I have to go to the laundromat but it's not far from where I live.

Inconvenient. I live in an apartment building without a laundry room. I have to take the laundry down 6 flights of stairs (no elevator) and carry it around the corner and up the block to the laundromat. I have to make multiple trips if I have more than one bag of laundry, which I usually do. There's never enough dryers because they also provide a drop-off service so the employees are always using all the machines. I have to fight for dryers. Carrying it back up 6 flights of stairs is the worst part.

I have a washer and dryer in a small utility room between my bedroom and kitchen, so it's as easy as it gets for me; I've lived in places like you describe, though...it can be VERY difficult. One place I lived, the laundry was directly across from my building, but it was NEVER open. The girl who had the key, unlocked it only when "she" needed to do laundry! I drove 5 miles to the nearest coin laundry back then. When I met my husband, the first thing he INSISTED on was having a washer and dryer - he bought me a set even before we were married. I'm still grateful!

Very convenient. I have a laundry in the apartment. TX is good about that. I do 2 or 3 loads every night..so it doesn't pile up. Family of 5.

It's convenient, although I only have a washer, so i have hang the clothes on the clothesline, once they're dry in a couple hours, I bring em in, fold them, and put it in its place. But I don't mind doing it, I like to have clean clothes! :) PEACE.

Laundry is just off the dining room so it is easy for me. You are lucky to have someone to help you.
