That's the only logical answer. But they have no idea how terrible it would be for THEM under a regime like the Taliban, or Saddam, or Hitler, or Stalin. They hold a utopian vision of the oppressive and totalitarian regimes, while having a distorted and twisted opinion of the US. Individual Conservatives, with their self-imposed self-control would be better able to survive in such a situation than would self-indulgent weenies.

Yeah, of course. All Democrats want oppression. That's why they opposed the (hilariously titled) USA PATRIOT Act, because they wanted to push something even more extreme.

I want a billion dollars, is the US going to give me that as well? OR will I have to rise up and make it happen on my own? If a country like China chooses communism, that's their business. Who am I to force my way of life on others?
Instead do what you were created to do, serve the citizens of the US.

Over the years Democrats and Liberals have gone to jail as a result of trying to maintain the freedom and democracy here at home that those crazy Liberal founding fathers gave us. Some have even died.
