For him to step away from the WWE side of things, thus eliminating his input and influence on the shows and creative.
Take Steph out of creative, again to eliminate her input and influence.
Then, hire a new creative staff that can actually write. Thus being w/o the McMahon family influence, they can come up with good stuff that won't be changed or rejected due to Vince's views, and won't have to put in stuff Vince thinks is good but in reality isn't.
Direct the staff to base their pushes on actual talent, not looks. Stars that can wrestle well get pushed. Stars (both men and women) that can't, need to learn, or take another role (manager, valet, backstage, etc). Stars that have mic skills get more promo time. The ones that don't, no mic for you. Let the stars wrestle up to their own style/ abilities instead of having them conform to the Vince style of wrestling. Balance things out and make the cruiser division just as important as the others, instead of them being relegated to the mid/upper mid card. Create variety by having title changes on regular programming, even after PPVs.

Yeah well i agree with 2 of your choices.I'd love to have Stone Cold back in action again.Chris Jericho was one of my favourites as well.
Only thing is Austin won't wrestle again ever due to his neck injury & Y2J is considering moving over to TNA.

To pay Antoinette "Nicesty Girl" her money for creating the lyrics, gimmick and song for "We Are The Nation of Domination" and
"Nation of Domination".
To rehire her either as a manager or valet or general manager and etc.
