i get the feeling like im having a bad trip when i watch it and i get chills up my spine everytime that guys face melts off

First of all when the movie was made people were not taking Crack. They either got stoned or took acid, or mushrooms. All of which enhanced the viewing pleasure of the movie. If you are using crack and watching this movie you miss the experience all together. This is a visual experience.
I was a teen ager when this movie came out. And yes I explored the world of drugs. I have some amazing times from back then. Some very amazing trips I should say from back then as well.

Pink Floyd WERE a bad trip after they metaphorically stabbed Syd Barrett in the back. They were the height of '70's tedium. <

Absolutely. It's a very long tribute to Freudian psychology, and about as depressing as anything can be. Plus the "school factory" scenes remind me of my old high school.

It A Great Movie Another Great Wild movie to watch is "Head" from 1968 with The Monkees... Jack Nicholson is in it and Frank Zappa, Tony Basil,Terry Garr.... great Wild Pschedelic man U will be like wtf man
