Y do ppl judge other people by the way that they look?I'm cuz like now wen u go 2 high school or middle school u see lyk preps wit preps, goths wit goths,latins wit latins, and african americans wit african americans.lyk usually that's lyk were u see that kind of thing but y?I mean every1s allowed 2 hang out wit who they want but iv just always thought about and I don't mean to offend or b rude.just wat do u think about it, if u don't c it anywhere than don't say anything about it.

People who look alike usually have similar interests. I don't think people make a conscious effort to be friends with people that look like them. All my friends are young black women, because of the places I go and people I meet through my family and other friends.

Having some common ground makes it easier to facilitate discussions, understanding of another, and reduces the chances for conflicts. The bad side of it is people may close themselves off from those those who are different, but that's reality.
