Small community colleges usually accept a person who has graduated from high school. In NY the community colleges are county based and if you graduated in that county you were accepted to try classes at the college. That means you had to succeed to continue.

Community Colleges have a "open admissions" policy, which means any student is accepted as long as you have a high school diploma or G.E.D. But still try to do good in high school, so you can get scholorships. Don't blow it off!

I went to a small liberal arts college and had fairly some classmates who went on to med college or dental college. yet you go with a small college with a good technological know-how dept. and a good record of having their scholars into med college. Any college that you're pondering must be able to inform you concepts many scholars they deliver on to med college and which med colleges they attend.
