Nails grow anyways.... I have read that by rubbing nails against each other... One hand to the other... except both thumbs help your hair grow faster and nurished.

Never heard of that. Use (1sp) powdered unflavored gelatin mixed with 1 sp water, and apply to nails each night. That makes nails grow and makes them hard.
