A couple of years ago, I had an ectopic pregnancy. The baby ruptured my tube. The Doctor in the E.R. removed that tube, but didn't take the other one. I am now almost 5 months pregnant. So the answer is Yes you can. It is a little harder, but you can. The Doctor also said that with no tubes you can still get pregnant. The egg will find away. Chances are slimmer, than with both tubes........

Yes you can. It's just that you probably ovulated into one tube more often than the other, and once that one is gone than it will be difficult for the other tube. But your tube that you have will tend to compensate for the one that you had removed. Good luck to you.

Yes I did, three times after losing one to surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Good Luck

Yes...I did after I lost an ovary and tube with an ectopic pregnancy.

and no it's every month, your one ovary takes over and ovulates each month.
