Take one of them out immediately and give it back to the pet store. If those two snails lay eggs in your tank and those eggs hatch, you're going to be screwed. Snails can infest a tank and the gravel. Also, they sometimes only come out at night or after a really long time. Also, why are you using snails to clean your tank? if you have an algae problem get a pleco.

It's always a good idea to "float" any new additions prior to letting them into the tank. This will allow the addition to adjust to water temp prior to releasing.
Give them a little more time, as long they are on the bottom I believe they are alive. I've never had very good luck with snails. Mine seemed to get "overheated" in a tropical tank and spend a lot of time up at the surface or floating around the perimeter until they died. I've tried on several different occasions but always the same conclusion.
Best of luck, hope they survive, fun to watch at least for a little while!

Give them time to settle in!!!
They will be exploring all the secret algae ,
feasting places, in your tank in a few hours
.
They may be suffering from ;
temperature change
just feel shaken up and surprised
by their change of scene .( a new planet?)
Leave them be for a while ,
If they are alive, they will come out soon .
Good luck

probably a little stressed... did you leave them in a bag of thier own water and put it in the tank to let them get used to the temperature of the new water? Also you must mix a little of the tank water with their bag of water so they can adjust to the ph... Hope they are ok!!!

they might be stressed because of not used to the new water, new temperature, did you put the bag of their own water in the new water before you relase them? if you did then take them back to store to see whats wrong, if you didnt, then you should try to contract the store to see what the temperature they were and try to get water temp up little bit then go back to normal.
