Yes, you can be conceited and Jealous at the same time.

Yes it's possible to be both these things. There are tons of people that act like this everyday. Also, it's not "gealous" it's "jealous.

yes. conceited is being to confident with yourslef. thinking your the best thing ever. and jealusy is wishing you had something the other person has. you can still be over confident and still want something someone has.
