What's with the Lakers?

Question

I'm a Lakers fan, I'm happy with the Lakers performance earlier.
But now, what's with them?
They are a nice team, I have no doubt that they will make it to the playoffs.
I'm talking about their records, they have bet teams like Spurs, Mavs and Suns, some of the best teams, but they are having problems with Bobcats, Hornets, and teams like that, I mean, they lost to Bobcats twice this year already,even at home.
Why is that?
Now Lamar is back will they do better?
Can they take care of bussiness with the below .500 teams?
How far will they go?

too the guy that says lakers suck, dude you suck, thats all i gotta say, they are still a young team, and it takes a while to find the middle ground with a bunch of new players, yes, i think with odom back, they're chances of making it to the playoffs just got better. they need a dominant player in the post, and he is the guy for it, i think they will end up great and make it to the semifinals but i doubt they will go all the way

Lamar will help. They lose to under .500 teams because they underestimate them. Kobe seems to always have to shoulder the burden when playing under .500 teams. I think the Lakers will make the second round of the playoffs.

Lakers are a one man team. Kobe is a great scorer but thats it, he's out for himself. They are not a team. They days of this kind of team winning a championship died with Jordon. The Lakers will go to the playoffs but they cannot beat any of the 3 teams from texas, phoenix or Utah in a series so whats it really matter? Kobe is no longer thought of as a truely great player anymore because his style of selfish play doesn't get the job done anymore. Someone like Steve Nash, Dirk or Jason Kidd are the wave of the future. People who score tripple doubles in nearly every game
