advice needed please!!?

i'm 15 and i have a breat size of 36c, i weigh 8.5stone i am a dancer and the size of my boobs drives me crazy and it hurts when i do complicated dance moves and i look horrible in my dance clothes, is there a natural way to make my boobs smaller or to at least stop them from growing? if not whats the lowest age you can have a breat reduction?

you do want to talk to a plastic surgeon, talk to your parents, at least your mom first, good luck
