there is no definate answer. You should have at least gotten to stage 2 by 14, though, because 2-2 and a half years after boob development, you get your period. Some girls dont get boobs until 6 mo. or so before. That is just 75% of girls. There's no right size, as another person said. I had no breasts until I was 21. Yeah, talk about weird. When I turned 21, all of a sudden I got into a 34B. I mean, your genetics will play an important role on this.

There is no such thing as the right size for someone's breasts to be. Don't worry about the size of your breasts.

Everyone's different. I knew girls who had nothing at 14 as well as some that were DD's. It's a genetic thing.

you never know as the 2 answerer's have already stated it depends with you, your genes and your body. I'm 16 but i have very small breasts
