first off it is a myth that shaving causes your hair to grow back thicker than before. What you are actually doing with shaving at the surface is damaging the hair itself. It is still one hair, but it is more stubbly than before. Almost like a split end on your hair on your head. if this were a true fact, then most men would look like cavemen. see link below from ABC news regarding this myth.

to answer your question, unless you opt for electrolysis or laser your best bets will be continue shaving (cheapest), removal creams like nair, waxing, bleaching. I have had mine removed with laser while doing the rest of my face due to hereditary problems. however prior to that I did waxing. most products like nair and bleaches made my skin burn.

wax removal, this causes fewer hairs to grow in rather than more. the more you wax the less hairs will return.

but ouch! It's worth it.

There's bleaches sold for just that use.

This is just my theory, but I also think a diet high in fat and/or beef can cause it. Eat healthier. Hormones are fed to cattle to make them gain weight.

If not speciall clinic (lake laser or anything else)...Only bleach and using body lotion for minimizing hair (Jonson's for example) it's for legs, but I am sure nothing bad if I use it for face area.

Buy the Nair upper lip hair removal cream. It works really good, takes like 10 mins (or shorter), doesn't burn or anything, or smell., and it's cheap.

Plucking is the fastest, not the most convenient but hey, it works.
