No, anyone can show the back of their head. That doesn't take talent. Being an actress requires some talent, unless you are Paris Hilton.

Does this person belong to any actor's union? Does she pay dues? Was she hired by the producer? Are people who play dead corpses in a scene, actors? All THEY do is lay there.
My answer is, if they were hired to play a role, regardless of what that role is, they are an actor!!
