Masturbate or get your wifes picture and masturbate over that.... Since there is not sex you can masturbate and think of your wonderful wife. Porn is not the answer as it is perverse and wrong.

You don't have to watch it with them. Go do something else. My husband is in Iraq now and just yesterday I found out that he was getting some from some girl down there. If you're a dog like him get a girl down there to get some. If you're a good man, I really hope you are, read a book or do something else.

Other then try not to be around them when they are watching porn, try keeping yourself busy doing other things. Get on messenger and chat to friends or family, write letters, work out. The less you think about sex the easier it will be for you. Good Luck and Stay Safe!

thats funny cause where my husband was in iraq alot of soldiers were having sex and getting pregnant out there + having affairs...he should have been where you are now.
